In the course of Training & Development Directorate endeavor to enforce the qualification of petroleum staff in the technical & Management sectors. It worked to get Project management institute certifications. Our directorate has achieved prominent achievement. It trained (21) trainees to have (PMP)® certification during the years 2017-2018. It is planned during the current year to train (45) trainees from the staff of petroleum affiliates to have (PMP)® as well as training (15) trainees to gain (PMI-RMP) risk management professional and projects planning and scheduling certificate from the (PMI-RMP)® Under the supervision of Training department, a team of PMP certificates holders had assigned to register the training & development Directorate in the (PMI)® institute to proceed the registration procedures. This will enable us to make benefit of institute service such as the standards, researches, conference and training courses. .
