Training and Development Directorate under the patronage of MoO started e-learning project two years ago as a pioneer project in e-learning to help MoO employees to expand their skills and motivate them to have a knowledge about the latest technologies in petroleum industry with low cost in addition to manage learning operation. MoO e-learning project which was established in 2012 as experimental project includes establishing 3 e-learning locations MoO headquarter, BOTI and MRC locations, contracting with well-known companies to train e-learning teamwork, setting up training courses, designing and developing MoO e-learning location and managing e-learning articles .
